These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of journeymapping.com and all related tools, resources, and services (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”). The Site is owned and operated by McorpCX (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for any reason.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, tools (Maturity Scorecard, Playbook, ROI Calculator), logos, and software, is owned by McorpCX or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

3. User Submissions

When you submit information through our forms or tools, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information to provide the Services, improve the Site, and communicate with you.

You represent that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

4. Third-Party Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., HubSpot, analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McorpCX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold McorpCX harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
